You can return unworn, undamaged items in the original packaging and tags within 7 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 24 hours whether you are entitled to a return. If the item passes inspection, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Before the refund is submitted, you must submit a copy of ID for fraud prevention purposes. Please allow 2-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
